Part‑Time School Bus Driver – Sikeston, MO
As a First Student part‑time school bus driver you will play a vital role in your community by transporting students safely before and after school. You will be on the shift at the start of the students’ day with a before‑school pickup and at the end of the day with an afternoon drop‑off. No experience as a bus driver is required;
we provide industry‑leading training to help you succeed.
- A split shift, which means an early morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between
- A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day, with no work on nights or weekends unless you choose to
- Additional hours through trips and charters when available
- $16.50 / hour – $17.50 / hour starting wage, based on experience
- Commercial Learners Permit Bonus**
- $750.00 Bonus – if the CLP is presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class
- $250.00 Bonus – if the CLP is presented within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class
