Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Reports To: Store Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Builds a loyal customer base by solving customer problems, providing excellent customer service and by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develops positive customer relationships.*
• Serves customers by matching them with just the right products.*
• Maintains the visual appeal of the store.*
• Makes the most effective use of the store displays.*
• Maintains the expertise to explain product features and benefits.*
• Responsible for calculating discounts and any promotions as applicable to the rental agreement or sale.*
• Ensures the customer folders are setup, filed and maintained properly.*
• Qualifies customers for the product.*
• Performs regular sales and marketing calls.*
• Seeks and maintains knowledge of current products, pricing, sales, promotion, policies, and procedures.*
• Assists with creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers on their agreement.*
• Assists with training and developing the stores delivery and installation specialists.*
• Assists with managing store inventory.*
• Assists with refurbishing store merchandise.*
• Completes any other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.
