As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older
