I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, and today I balance life with my wife, our three kids, and enjoying the outdoors and farm life. Before opening my own State Farm agency 7 years ago, I worked for another agent in central Arkansas and even spent time as a welder—experiences that taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and teamwork.

• Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations.
• Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Continuously looking for sales opportunities in the conversations had on a daily basis.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
