This is a full‑time on‑site Hairstylist position located in Siloam Springs, AR. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Maintaining a clean and professional workstation and staying informed about the latest trends in hair and beauty will also be key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Cosmetology
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment
• Excellent Communication skills for understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality results
• Licensed cosmetologist or hairstylist in accordance with state regulations
• Experience with hair color treatments, cuts, and personalized styling is a plus
