Qualified Behavioral Health Provider - Siloam Springs

Overview

Arisa Health is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) in Siloam Springs. Requires a high school diploma. Recent college graduates or current students in psychology, social work, or related Human Service fields are encouraged to apply.

This position is full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Manager.

Work hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.

• Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan, such as behavioral assistance, child and family support services, crisis stabilization, adult rehabilitative day, life skills development, partial hospitalization, and other support services.
• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate client progress to the team.
• Provide timely and quality documentation of clinical services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or related field preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as part of a treatment team.
