As a PRN COTA
, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services that support residents’ independence and functional progress. Your role is key in helping our patients reach their goals.

• Provide therapeutic treatments according to the occupational therapy plan of care

• Assist in evaluating patients’ functional abilities and progress

• Document daily treatment notes and communicate patient status to the therapy team

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care

• Ensure treatments are compliant with all state and federal regulations

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Current COTA license in the state of Arkansas

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

• Flexible PRN scheduling
