We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time rehab team. Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in delivering high-quality therapy services to residents to help improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function.

• Implement treatment plans as established by the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with resident care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and techniques to aid recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current and valid PTA license in the state of Arkansas.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting preferred but not required.
