. The position is located in our Siloam Springs Medical Clinic and is full‑time (Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:30 PM, with additional PRN Saturdays). A registered or certified medical assistant (RMA or CMA) with Spanish/English bilingual ability is required.

Community Clinic is a patient‑directed Community Health Center that serves the Northwest Arkansas area. The clinic follows a Patient‑Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach and is committed to providing affordable primary health care and supportive services.

• Maintain patient flow during clinic to assure prompt service.
• Obtain vital signs, measurements, and laboratory tests accurately, as per protocol.
• Obtain chief complaint and reason for visit using excellent listening skills.
• Administer medications via injection.
• Maintain exam room supplies and cleanliness for optimal efficiency.
• Assist provider in procedures and examinations within certification and training guidelines.
• Translate written and verbal communication between patient and staff as requested.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
• Spanish/English bilingual ability.
• Clinic experience preferred.
