Simmons Foods is seeking candidates for its six-month rotational Career Leadership Program designed to prepare future Production Supervisors. You will gain hands-on exposure to live operations across poultry, pet food, and animal nutrition plants, with rotations through multiple business areas.
Participants receive leadership development through classroom training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching, and graduation placements into regional Production Supervisor roles.
