Shift Manager

• Serve as a Shift Manager, leading shifts every week.
• Ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, address issues and meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth shift transition.
• Help departments meet target goals.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion to thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
