• Perform expert‑level paint and refinishing work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork.
• Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality work on both minor touch‑ups and full body refinishes.
• Detail‑oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• I‑CAR certification or similar training is a plus.
