Our client is a rapidly growing regional waste hauler in immediate need of an Operations Supervisor in Southeast Texas. The Operations Supervisor manages collection routes, driver and laborer performance, ensuring all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. Responsibilities include scheduling resources, monitoring driver performance and safety, overseeing routes, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience and prior waste management experience (Residential, Roll-Off, or Commercial FL). The position is closing shift. Compensation includes an $85-$105K annual salary.
