- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients in a manner conducive to safety policies & procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.

- Identify, document and report changes in resident conditions to supervisors.
