Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Public Works Director, the Secretary performs data-entry, routine receptionist, secretarial, clerical and typing duties.
DesiredMinimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Post secondary education in a secretarial field preferred
- Two (2) years’ experience as a full-time secretary or office manager, preferably with a government agency
- Procurement/accounting experience preferred
- Experience in handling confidential records
