Independent Optometrist - Walmart role at Walmart

• Launch your services in Walmart stores
• As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, lead patient care in eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing
• As an independent lease holder, establish your days of practice and hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule
• Maintain ownership of 100% of exam/professional fees
• Opt into fair market value options such as advanced equipment/instrumentation and administrative and/or opt-tech support services where state allows

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
• Valid state ophthalmology license
• General Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• Minimum qualifications for a lease agreement (outlined in the original text)
