7 AM - 3 PM, guaranteed 8-hour shifts. OT after 8-hour shifts.

Required:

Yes Call Ratio: 1:4 during the week. 1-5 weekend (every 5th weekend). Call requires OBCall starts at 3 PMCase Mix: OB (less than 400/year), GS, Ortho(lots of ortho), Endo, POD, Blocks, scopes.

Trauma Level: Level 4 designation

Patient Demographic/Ages:
Some healthy peds but no babies, mostly adults.# of ORs: 3 ORSupport Staff:
Traditional OR support staff

Supervision and Ratio: CRNA staffing model

Active License:
Active NM, CSR, and DEA Credentialing Time Frame: 45 days Certifications
