• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents per licensed practice standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document patient responses
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living; supervise and support nursing assistants as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold infection prevention and safety protocols

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
• Ability to work in a long-term care setting with rotating, 12-hour shifts
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Capacity to work onsite in the designated location and adhere to regulatory and facility policies
