• Learn to climb trees!
• Operate as aEncontrado partner to advanced belt setsup your skills
• Learn to perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services: tree identification, industry pruning guidelines, pruning, thinning, and removal of deadwood, installing cables and bracing, lightning protection systems, and removing hazardous trees.
• Maintain, prepare, and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and more.
• Growth potential: climb higher as you gain experience.

• Love of the outdoors.
• Preferred:
  Background in Forestry, Horticulture, Landscaping, or working at heights.
• Ability to complete thebe on hire orientation program and First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course.
• Preferred:
  Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if state law requires.
