Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role will manage accounting staff, support month-end and year-end close processes, and partner with leadership to maintain strong internal controls and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Manage and review the work of accounting staff, providing guidance, oversight, and performance support.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles, financial statements, and month-end close processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
