Senior Accountant

Salary: 70K – 85K

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and intercompany allocations
• Review financial statements and distribute owner financial reports
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts
• Coordinate quarterly lender reporting and annual audit support
• Manage tax and insurance payment processes
• Assist with budgeting, internal controls, and accounting projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-property portfolios preferred
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• Intermediate Excel skills required
