Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with alternating Saturdays.
Ultimate Staffing is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Administrative Counselors to join our client's dedicated team in Montgomery County. In this role, you'll provide essential support to families during one of life's most meaningful moments‑arranging burial services. You'll guide families through the process with empathy, professionalism, and care, ensuring every detail is handled respectfully.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, offering guidance and reassurance throughout the burial arrangement process.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, scheduling services, and completing required documentation.
- Educate families on available options‑plots, memorials, and additional services‑while remaining sensitive to emotional and financial considerations.
- Partner with funeral homes, religious organizations, and other service providers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing support before, during, and after services, addressing questions with compassion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with grounds and operations teams to ensure timely preparation of burial sites.
- Assist families with pre-need planning for future arrangements.
- Help create a welcoming, supportive environment for all visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, ideally in a service‑focused environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to comfort and reassure during difficult times.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Knowledge of burial processes and regulations (preferred; training provided).
- Valid driver's license required.
