Administrative Assistant

We are seeking one (1) Administrative Associate for a full-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients.

• Provide support for electronically storing, retrieving, reviewing, and routing documents and correspondence.
• Create and maintain organizational staffing rosters, listservs, and records, on an ad hoc basis and as directed.
• Perform records management and general administrative duties on a daily basis, as assigned.
• Ensure positive, professional working relationships across the agency when collaborating and communicating.
• Ensure proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and maintain tracking processes.

• Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or no degree with a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
