Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand and warranty standards
* Schedule, manage, and coordinate service appointments and repair estimates
* Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
* Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and care Qualifications
* Previous automotive service advisor experience required (luxury brand experience a plus)
* High dedication to customer service
* Excellent communication and follow up skills
* Strong understanding of vehicle systems, functions, and service operations
* Proficiency with MS Office, dealership software, internet tools
