Concrete Foundation Project Manager
The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Commercial Concrete Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead multiple projects working as the customer point of contact.

- Pricing, budgeting, and negotiating
- Crew and quality management
- Job costing
- Perform office functions for project management
- Material purchasing
- Subcontracting
- Change orders
- Preconstruction meetings
- +5 years working in concrete construction with experience in the following phases:
- Layout
- Footings
- Cast‑in‑place walls
- Slab on grade
- Site concrete work
- High school degree or higher education
- Knowledge of Spanish is desired
The PM will take a Bartley Corp‑created CAD drawing and plan from our Project Coordination team to a job site, sit down with the building Superintendent and review any questions that are needed to be answered for our team to complete all phases of the job with no problems. They will schedule and follow the job from start to finish, process office paperwork and billing, and get any change orders signed.
They will stay out in front of the crews to ensure materials are on the job when needed and set up the concrete and pumps as required.
