Site Superintendent – Silver Spring, MD (Full‑time, on‑site)

This role oversees day‑to‑day construction site operations. The Site Superintendent ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

• Supervise on‑site personnel
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
• Maintain compliance with safety and building regulations
• Manage project documentation
• Adhere to project schedules and budgets

• Proven experience in construction supervision, site management, and project execution
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and building codes
• Proficiency in project scheduling and resource allocation
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are a plus
