As a Branch Ambassador, you'll use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to enhance our customers' banking experience. Your responsibilities include performing transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies. You will resolve customer inquiries efficiently, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our environment requires Ambassadors to be adaptable, growth-minded, and customer experience-obsessed.

Desired qualities and skills:

  • Friendly and engaging, capable of connecting with customers whether helping with technology, having casual conversations, or showcasing our services.
  • Ability to identify and address personal and business financial needs, guiding customers to suitable solutions with the help of experts.
  • Understanding of compliance, ensuring all policies and regulations are followed.
  • Support across all branch areas, including cash handling and customer service, rotating as needed.
  • Contribute to a seamless retail experience, with each Ambassador acting as an expert.
  • Curious and eager to learn about our products, services, and customer needs.
  • Digitally savvy, capable of demonstrating our mobile and online banking tools using branch devices.
  • Team player, ready to collaborate and motivate colleagues.
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Willingness to travel within the local area to support different branches.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience
