$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr (DOE, $2,000 to $4,000/month depending on experience). Possibility to grow.

Part‑time. Weekly day range:
Monday - Friday and Sunday rotations.

• Answer inbound calls and reach out to customers to schedule their appointments.
• Use dispatching software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Assist in building technicians' routes and schedule (knowledge of DMV area geography and map reading is a plus).
• Maintain call center metrics and provide consistent, excellent customer service.
• Make sales or recommendations for products or services that better suit client needs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an office clerk, call center, customer service or sales representative.
• Strong active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice, and exceptional customer service.
• Strong typing skills.
• Proficiency with computers and dispatching software.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
