Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, or issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
  • Have at least 2 years’ professional experience in Customer Service/ Call Center environment
  • Must be able to handle all outbound and inbound calls for the Call Center
  • Must be fluent in English, read, write and converse in English
  • Must have both oral and written communication skills
  • Must have experience answering the phone proficiently and professionally
  • Must be able to respond to client’s inquiries
  • Must be able to follow up on customer calls
  • Must be able to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Must have Microsoft and Adobe experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check/government clearance
  • Must have maximum experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Must have a high school diploma or higher
  • Must have minimal experience in skip trace
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Analyze customer situations to determine the best course of action and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions
Experience
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer situations and provide effective solutions
Qualifications

High school diploma or higher required.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, except for Federal holidays.
