About the role: The Endodontist will work at our home practice location and travel to our other sites to provide comprehensive endodontic care. The position offers a partnership track and high earning potential.
Requirements- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an Endodontic residency program.
- Valid state dental license with specialty certification in Endodontics.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of endodontic treatment.
- Proficiency in the use of CBCT scanners and dental microscopes.
- Strong communication skills and a patient‑centric approach.
- Perform thorough clinical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Provide endodontic treatments—including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures.
- Utilize CBCT scanners and dental microscopes to enhance diagnosis and treatment precision.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate treatment plans effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in endodontics through continuing education.
- Partner Track Opportunities—within 24 months, become part‑owner.
- Earn 45% of collections.
- Full‑time can earn up to $400k+ annually.
