- Partner with doctors and leadership to grow the practice and the culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental office management experience (pediatric preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and billing workflows as well as OR scheduling for outpatient sedation appointments.
- Experience leading, training, and motivating teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment - Proficiency with dental practice management software (Denticon, or similar)
- Solid understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and dental office compliance
- A leadership style that reflects Commitment, Compassion, and Connection
