• Weekend Call Coverage:
  Friday 5 PM - Monday 8 AM
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 3 weekends per month, or 4 on months with 5 weekends
• Patient Load:
  Approximately 5-10 patients per day
• Patient Population:
  All ages, excluding neonates

• Department Description:
  Tertiary care community hospital; no trauma cases
• Special Procedures:
  Comfort required with cystoscopy, urethral dilations, bladder/ureteral repairs, scrotal explorations, and I&Ds

• Board Certification:
  Required
• State License:
  Required unless IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) eligible
• DEA Registration:
  Required
• CSR Registration:
  Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

• Support Staff:
  Normal nursing and tech staff available
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
