Ob-Gyn Associates of Advantia is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our experienced team of providers!

Our Practice is a diverse group of multilingual practitioners who provide comprehensive care for women through every stage of life - from adolescence and family planning to post-menopausal wellness. From OB-Gyn care to mental health counseling, our team of compassionate providers has you covered. We are looking for a physician who will put their patients first, provide stellar and comprehensive patient experiences, stay ahead of the curve in medical technologies and practices, and work well as a team.

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care, emphasizing preventive wellness, screenings,and the expert diagnosis & treatment of women s health conditions
• Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions per week.
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary care group by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellence
• Leverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience
• Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards

• Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracy
• Capacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleagues
• A compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered care
• Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians
• Active Maryland medical license preferred

Annual compensation Range based on years of experience: $250,000 - $350,000
