The Dean of Students works with the Principal in carrying out the school’s discipline and behavior programs. As a professional educator, the Dean Students understand and respond to the challenges presented by today’s diverse student population. Dean of Students provides proactive leadership to engage all stakeholders in the delivery of programs and services to support the students’ academic achievement, personal andsocial development.
Dean of Students works cooperatively with the principal, counselor, nurse, staff, students and parents towards a positive school climate.
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of two years of exemplary teaching
Teaching certificate preferred
