Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision, feedback, and ongoing training to RBTs
- Monitor treatment integrity and clinical progress through data review
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers
- Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
- Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Eligible for licensure in Maryland
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical ABA experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
