We’re seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide patient-centered therapy services in the home under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities- Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional ADL training
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
- Document visits accurately per regulations
- Communicate patient progress with the care team
- Travel to patient homes within assigned service areas
- Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active Maryland OTA license (or eligible)
- Minimum 2 Years OTA Experience (home Health Preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
