Location:

Compensation

• Associate/Provisional License: $70,000 – $80,000 a year (DOE)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians: $80,000 – $85,000 a year (DOE)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Onsite

• 3 Days a Week: 9:00pm – 5:00pm
• 2 Days a Week: 11:00am – 7:00pm

Embark Behavioral Health – Rockville is growing our IOP, and PHP program and seeking passionate, skilled therapists ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families. We are committed to reducing teen anxiety, depression, and suicide rates and need your clinical expertise, empathy, and creativity to help us achieve that mission.

• Manage a focused caseload of 6 clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy; conduct sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches.
• Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
• Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous and timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP standards.
• Provide client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group, and family therapy needs.
• Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional); LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed).

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting.
• Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
