Jade ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school ABA cases in Silver Spring
, with additional nearby opportunities in Kensington and Riverdale
.

This role is ideal for RBTs looking to build a consistent weekly schedule in a high-demand area
, with access to multiple nearby cases that help maximize hours while minimizing travel
.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect data and track client progress

• Collaborate with families and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

• Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM / 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Weekend option: Saturday–Sunday (morning to afternoon)

• Opportunity to build 20–40 hours per week by combining cases

• Designed to create a fuller, more stable schedule in a low-supply area

• Combine weekday + weekend hours for consistency

• Work with nearby clients to minimize travel time

• Strong clinical support and structured supervision

• Active RBT Certification (Required)

• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in home-based settings

• Reliable transportation

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
