Nurse Manager

This position involves leading clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing best practices across multiple locations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing resources, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, and fostering a safe environment for patients and employees.

• Develops team talent through coaching, training, and performance feedback, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
• Manages daily operations, translating business goals into actionable plans while ensuring policy adherence and process improvement.
• Oversees ambulatory care services, supporting compliance, resource allocation, data analysis, and budgeting to meet operational targets.
• Establishes strategic partnerships, manages complex projects, and implements initiatives to enhance patient-centered care and operational efficiency.
• Leads quality improvement efforts, utilizing data to drive performance enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role and in customer or patient service.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse license in applicable states or a compact license, with credentials from multiple states as required.
