- LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC (or equivalent) certification is required.
- Maryland licensure in good standing is required.
- Previous clinical experience with SMI and SUD populations preferred.
- Proficiency in measurement-based care and a passion for continuous quality improvement in outpatient settings is a plus.
- Provide compassionate outpatient psychotherapeutic services at Care Mind Health P.C.'s cutting-edge virtual outpatient clinic.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions, to drive clinical and functional outcomes.
- Utilize comprehensive screenings like M3, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and expertly triage intake referrals.
- Foster patient-centered, culturally competent care through education, collaboration, and community resource referrals.
