As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, helping to create a positive and supportive environment for our clients to thrive.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland
. As an RBT at Applied ABC Maryland, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing ABA therapy to children with ASD. Your expertise will help our clients build essential life skills, overcome challenges, and achieve independence.
- Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children with ASD, delivering evidence-based interventions to improve communication, social skills, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring client-specific goals are met
- Monitor and record client progress, reporting results to BCBAs and contributing to data-driven program development
- Maintain a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff
- Participate in staff training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate$25-$30 per hour (determined during the interview) + BONUS
