White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced EKG Tech who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a EKG Tech you will:
• Takes EKG tracings as ordered by the physician
• Assists patient pre and post procedure
• Administers Holter tests, which monitor patient heart activity for 24 hours
• Explains the function and process of EKG exams to patients prior to the test
• Ensures that all patients are calm and relaxed during the process
• Attaches EKG electrodes to patients in order to monitor heart activity and removes them after tests are completed
• Notes specific images and places on the test results for physicians to review closely
• Logs and reviews test data Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 years’ working experience preferred
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification (BLS)
