About the Role:

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a productive, compliant, and positive workplace environment within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements. The manager will lead initiatives related to employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and affirmative action policies.

By fostering effective communication and fair disciplinary procedures, the role supports both employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Ultimately, the Human Resources Manager ensures that HR operations run smoothly, contributing to a motivated workforce and a strong organizational culture

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management or HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor laws, and affirmative action regulations applicable in the United States.
• Proven experience in benefits administration and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Requires proficiency in technology-driven patient care and HRIS and timekeeping/attendance software.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR.
• Experience working in a multi-state or national organization with diverse workforce populations.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools.
• Advanced training or coursework in conflict resolution, organizational development, or labor relations.
