DeMontrond Auto Group seeks a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits programs across the organization. You will be the main contact for benefits questions, coordinate with carriers and payroll, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance.
You will process enrollments, life events, and changes, support open enrollment, and assist with leave/disability administration while upholding HIPAA and ACA requirements.
