Client Service Representative

• Review and process policies, endorsements, and audits, coordinating endorsement requests with insurance carriers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage insurance documentation and reporting, including issuing certificates of insurance, ordering MVRs and FR-19s, and updating driver information
• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to client requests and maintaining strong client relationships

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1+ years of commercial lines account management
• Property & Casualty License Required

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $55K to 69K per year.
