Associate Attorney, Litigation

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and is seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Maryland.

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, with strong organizational skills to manage a heavy workload.
• Work on consumer protection issues, including transactional and civil litigation matters.
• Appear in local county courts as needed.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Maryland (multi-state admission is a plus) and reside in Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Strong legal research skills—proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.

• Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE).
