Home Care Registered Nurse (Flex/PRN)

Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Sign‑on bonus note: Candidates sourced by third‑party agencies or internal candidates are not eligible for this sign‑on bonus.

• Weekdays (business hours) + one on‑call weekend rotation per month
• Weekends

• Partner with residents, families, physicians, and authorized practitioners to assess needs and develop service plans
• Communicate changes in resident conditions
• Ensure individualized plans are implemented by the Home Health and Home Support team
• Deliver nursing care per care plan and meet acceptable nursing standards
• Participate in care conferences and resident‑related meetings
• Orient and train agency nurses and aide staff development activities

• Current Registered Nurse license – State of Maryland
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Experience with OASIS and Medicare‑certified home health
• Home care experience and caring for seniors and/or seniors with cognitive impairment
