Clinical Nurse Supervisor – Operating Room (Every Other Weekend)

Holy Cross Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care in the Operating Room on alternate weekends. The position is part‑time (12‑hour day shifts) and requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and knowledge of surgical nursing processes.

• Serve as the designated clinical leader for the Operating Room weekend team under the supervision of the Department Director.
• Plan and coordinate patient care at the service/department level, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and evidence‑based practice.
• Implement departmental plans and priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders and drive team performance.
• Contribute to daily performance, quality improvement initiatives, and outcomes of the surgical team.

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.
• Prior leadership experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Certifications aligned with the area of responsibility.
• Minimum three years of RN experience preferred.

Hourly pay range: $42.20 – $61.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
