Surgery Nurse Administrator – Ambulatory Surgery Center
Base pay range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Oversee operating budget and policy procedures.
- Collaborate on quality improvement, risk management, and infection control with the Director of Nursing.
- Analyze and advise on market trends that may impact clinical and financial performance and review all purchases.
- Current viable Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum one year of Operating Room experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
- Medical coverage: 90% for individual, 80% for individual plus one, 70% for family.
- Annual performance evaluation bonuses.
