The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $89,470.81 - $ per year.

ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assesses, plans, implements,and evaluates care for patients.
- Initiates and documents appropriate interventions; evaluates and records patient/family responseandprescribes therapies as indicated.
- Performs procedures after appropriate training.
- Assesses patient/family needs and provides education.
- Promotes wellness and recommends community resources to meet patient and family needs.
- Incorporatesthedevelopingknowledge of evidence-based research into clinical practice.
- Developing knowledge of reimbursement procedures and documentation requirements.
- Completes patient chargecaptureandmedical record documentationin a timely fashion.
- May provide case management forpatientsand their families, given limited knowledge of community resources.
- May promote/provide staff education
- Responsibilities may include rounding at affiliated hospital sand weekend or after-hour calls.
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Nurse Practitioner
Masters of Sciencein Nursing (MSN) fromanaccredited nursingschooland successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program. This position is entry-level andtypicallyrequiresaminimumof0-3years post MSN experience, preferablyinthe chosen specialty. RN state licensureand current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current state licensure asa Nurse Practitioner.
Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
OR
Physician Assistant
Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification.
This position is entry-level andtypicallyrequires 0-3yearsofexperience as a practicing Physician Assistant,preferably inthe chosen specialty. Current state license as a Physician Assistant in practicing state. Current basic life support(BLS)/CPR certification required.

Clinical Nurse Specialist
Masters of Sciencein Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing schooland successful completion of aClinical Nurse Specialist program.
This position is entry-level and typically requiresaminimumof 0-3yearsofpost-MSN experience, preferablyinthechosen specialty.
RN state licensureand current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
Current state licensure as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
